“Waters” is the third single from their highly  anticipated album On the Way, set to drop on March 15. “Waters” is a single that immediately captivates with its poetic lyrics and soul-stirring melody.

Written by lead singer Mitch Arnold and lead guitarist Phillip Vilenski during an inspired session in Joshua Tree, California, “Waters” emerged from a moment of transcendence at a local desert party.

The song tells the story of a chance encounter, painting a vivid picture of fleeting connections and the magic of being under the stars in Joshua Tree that night. Mitch Arnold, reflecting on the inspiration behind the single, remarked, “something changed inside of me that night, watching her pour a drink next to the sunset. ‘Waters’ is about capturing those moments that stay with you forever.” 

Phillip Vilenski, the mastermind behind the production, crafted the track in Wayland’s home studio in Joshua Tree, ensuring the essence of the magical moment was preserved in the music
