A good song is truly something special. On “Knight Owl” from Parlour Bells we were captivated from note one. Frontman Goddam Glenn has the amazing ability to make a strong connection with every song /performance making for an unforgettable experience , and “Knight Owl” is no exception.

“Knight Owl” is a songwriting and musical gem that captivates both the heart and soul by feeling like a summer time best selling novel but with music .

Parlour Bells are a well oiled music machine who are firing on all cylinders with “Knight Owl” . Tony Porter is a skilled drummer who’s thunderous sound gives “Knight Owl” just the right kick. Mike Leggio’s bass lines are artfully crafted to give the track a soulful dimension. Goddam Glenn delivers a flawless vocal performance that felt like he was seasoned sea captain navigating through the perfect storm. Allison Sigrist delivers stunning new wave tones that add color and flavor to the track. Finally Michael Johnson made our music loving heart jump out of our chest and take immediate notice with his phenomenal guitar solo that was simply otherworldly.
