We recently had the glorious opportunity to check out the new single “Deep Blue “ from Kit Orion, the project from Cambridge songwriter, producer, and DJ Caitlyn O’Brien

“Deep Blue” is over flowing with a wondrous sound that washes over the listener like a bright brilliant tidal wave . Caitlyn O’Brien uses Kit Orion as a wonderful musical vehicle to convey a beautiful vibrant musical message.

We love how the vocals are elegantly woven between perfectly placed melodies .

We cannot wait for the release of “Bottle Grin” on October 24th . A series of live events help celebrate this remarkable record: October 16th at the Lizard Lounge in Cambridge; an October 24 listening party and video premiere showcase at The Capitol Theatre in Arlington; an October 25appearance at Waveforms, taking part in the MIT Spatial Sound Lab Futures of Listening multimedia art occurrence at Midway Artist Studios in Fort Point; and a November 7 album afterparty back at the Lizard Lounge.
