We are beyond excited to learn that rising indie-pop artist Maddie Regent is announcing that  her debut album, On the phone with my mom, set to release on May 16th. But wait…, there’s more !!!! We get a sneak peak as Maddie shares “The Wolf “ a mesmerizing track that showcases her signature blend of heartfelt storytelling and electrifying pop energy.

Co-written with and produced by her boyfriend and creative partner Cade Hoppe, and featuring additional production from Harper James of Eighty Ninety, “The wolf” pulses with euphoric energy and an irresistible beat that demands attention. Maddie describes the track as an exploration of the anxiety and fear that surface when you encounter someone you once loved but now feel estranged from. “There’s a part of you that’s paralyzingly afraid of them,” she shares, “but you wish you didn’t have to be.”
