One of the most distinctive young voices in country music, Roman Alexander exudes the kind of unbreakable confidence that comes from fully living your purpose. After getting his start singing Johnny Cash covers in bars at eight-years-old, the Missouri native spent his high school years honing his chops as a guitarist and songwriter, then moved to Nashville on his own a day after graduating. After landing a gig selling merch on tour with the legendary Shenandoah, he gained an up-close look at life on the road while working on his own music and amassing a grassroots following online. Soon after signing with Twelve6 Entertainment, he made his debut with Between You & Me—a 2020 EP whose title track emerged as a top 10 hit on Rolling Stone’s Trending 25 chart and made him one of the longest-running independent artists on Spotify’s Hot Country playlist.
