We were absolutely enthralled with the stunningly crafted new single, “Darkness”, from The Moss, it literally took our breath away.

Originating on the shores of Oahu as teenage buddies, Tyke James (vocals/guitar) and Addison Sharp (guitar) traded in beaches for the Great Salt Lake joining forces with Willie Fowler (drums) Caiden Jackson (bass) to form The Moss. 

 As the group’s principal songwriter, Tyke channels his own personal experiences and passions into The Moss’ radiant and deceptively sunny tunes—their unique version of organic indie rock draws from artists like Pinegrove and Kevin Morby for sonic inspiration. The band’s insightful songs and memorable live shows have earned The Moss acclaim across the music press world, including Alternative Press, Under The Radar, The Alternative, LADYGUNN, Earmilk, Atwood Magazine and OnesToWatch.

The Moss , have a vibrant and authentic sound that washes over you like the perfect cresting wave . We found ourselves singing and vibing along to the melodic tones of “Darkness” almost instantly.
