JT LOUX is a genre-blending musical force born in Sacramento in 2020 and sharpened in Nashville since 2022. Led by frontman JT Loux (vocals/guitar) alongside drummer Zach McCoy and bassist Ethan Pecha—with a second guitarist added for live shows—the band crafts emotionally charged, sonically rich alt-rock.

Their sound draws inspiration from artists like Jeff Buckley, Fontaines D.C., Briston Maroney, The Backseat Lovers, and The Beatles—fusing atmospheric vocals with vivid guitar work and raw lyrical storytelling.

 

Following their 2021 debut Taken By Moonlight, JT LOUX signed to Yelawolf’s Slumerican Records in 2024. Recent singles include “Daisy,” “Go Ahead,” and “Waiting For You” (with Riley Whittaker), leading into a new era of music.

Upcoming releases feature collaborations with John Oates and Yelawolf, all building toward a sophomore album in April 2026. Known for energetic live shows, JT LOUX has toured Spain, opened for Yelawolf across the U.S., and played festivals like Sturgis and Launchpad, with 60+ shows in 2025 alone.
