Need A New Band To Love? Check Out The Stunning New EP “Summer Bummer” From Hearts Apart

We recently had the distinct honor to check out the new EP, “Summer Bummer” via Epidemic Records from Vicenza, Italy-based band Hearts Apart. You can listen to “Summer Bummer ” Here

We first got a chance to fall in love with the Punk and Roll sound of Hearts Apart, back in January, with their high energy single, I Hate Summer” ( which we had on permanent repeat )

After years of live shows and two EPs that defined their sound, the band raises the bar with six new tracks recorded spontaneously and directly, thanks to an idea from producer and friend Maurizio Icio Baggio. The result? A rawer, more visceral, and authentic sound that perfectly captures their essence: emotional intensity, self-irony, and an unstoppable drive to play punk rock.

The energy that Hearts Apart put in to their music is absolutely electrifying that it practically burst out of the speakers .

We recorded these six songs in no time, letting instinct guide us,” say Hearts Apart. What came out is an even more direct and spontaneous EP compared to our previous work. And despite the cassette recorder, it sounds absolutely killer!”

One listen to “Summer Bummer” and our love affair with Hearts Apart . that started with “I Hate Summer” , was immediately rekindled- Bravo!

Hearts Apart brilliantly take everything that is good about punk and rock and roll and make it a 1000 times better. So many bands just follow the same trend with no originality, Not – Hearts Apart , they have a unique sound that is all their own.

Every song on “Summer Bummer” is an absolute rock gem . We literally sang our hearts out and danced our butts off on every track.

“Forget About Me” , “I Wanna Have Fun”, “Oh People” and “Did I Mention “ have taken up permanent residence in our rock and roll heart and… we wouldn’t have it anyway . So much energy so freaking fun ! We loved all the songs on “Summer Bummer” but the one that really stuck out as our favorite is …. “You Better Let It Go” everything about this song is perfect, melodic , flawless vocals – everything! It is the perfect song to blast on an open highway.

If you love music … You owe it to your self to checkout , “Summer Bummer ” from Hearts Apart .

We recently had the absolutely stellar opportunity to check out the new single “I Hate The Summer” from Vicenza, Italy-based band Hearts Apart, via Epidemic Records

You can listen to “I Hate The Summer” Here

We are 100% all in on the new explosive punk and roll track “I Hate The Summer “ the energy and vibe that Hearts Apart brings is positively electric.

When asked about the single the band shares: I Hate The Summer is a song that encapsulates much of what Hearts Apart is about: punk rock, desperation, rock’n’roll, sadness, fun, nerdy vibes, irony, failure. Yes, we believe you can sweat away the darkness by dancing and crying at the same time, and this song is perfect for that.”

Those who have already appreciated Hearts Apart’s electrifying energy, catchy melodies, and engaging live performances will be thrilled with this comeback. All the signature elements of their unique sound are present but cranked up to the next level. If “I Hate The Summer” sets the perfect mood for this return, the entire EP, titled “Summer Bummer,” is ready to give voice to the mix of conflicting emotions that summer tends to amplify.

Hearts Apart ( Checco, Giò, Punch, and Silva.) are a highly skilled and energized band that we feel are just getting Rev’d up. We absolutely can’t wait for more from Hearts Apart.

FELDSPAR Shines Bright With Epic Single And Video “18 Karat “

FELDSPAR Releasing Debut Album “Old City New Ruins” on September 30

We recently had the amazing opportunity to check out the amazing single and video for “18 Karat from Rome Italy based Italian rockers FELDSPAR. You can listen to “18 Karat “ Here. You can watch the video for “18 Karat” below

We absolutely love the sonic and melodic goodness of “18 Karat” from FELDSPAR.

The latest single “18 Karat” is a high-energy song that plays on the stereotypes of success, the fleeting pursuit of it, and the deviations tied to the quest for visibility and personal approval, sought ten, a hundred times a day. Essentially, it’s about designing one’s life as a fairy tale and presenting it in the public arena to gauge how much social approval we receive.

The song doesn’t lack irony, as highlighted by frontman Riccardo Zamurri: “We want to criticize those who resort to endless filters, both metaphorically and literally, the filters of social platforms that force unattainable standards, fanciful realities, and success. How much human misery is there in all this? But at the same time, how much unintentional comedy does it produce?

FELDSPAR smartly take brilliant hardcore vocals and pair them with a stunning melodic backdrop. “18 Karat” from FELDSPAR is an absolute work of art.

FELDSPAR will release their upcoming debut LP, “Old City New Ruins” on September 30th via TTK Records.Produced By Nick Terry (The Libertines, Simian Mobile Disco, Turbonegro, Kvelertak)

Do yourself a favor and check out “18 Karat” from FELDSPAR and get pumped for their debut LP. “Old City New Ruins”
