NEW SONG “PLAYLIST” OUT TODAY

We were pretty excited when we got to listen to the fantastic split EP from Teens In Trouble and Desert Mambas back in November. So, you can imagine our excitement, when we got to check out the latest single “Playlist” from Teens In Trouble. The single will be on the new Teens In Trouble album “What’s Mine,” which will be released on March 29th on Asian Man Records.

Teens In Trouble is the melodically pleasing and amazing sounding project of Lizzie Killian.

On their latest single, “Playlist,” Lizzie crafts a true song about songs as she invites listeners to take a nostalgic tour of the music that matters most to them. Its accompanying video, produced by Lizzie and edited by Ajapopfilms, features footage of her own personal record collection as well as some submissions from artists like Mike Park, Jake Margo (Sweet Gloom, Get Married), Lucy Giles (Dog Party), and more.

“It’s awesome how different songs can mean something to different people at different points in their lives,” Lizzie says of the track. “I love putting together playlists to fit a mood or bookmark a time and place in my life, and I love when friends share playlists with me. It feels like a window into their life.”

Lizzie creates music that our music loving soul simply can’t resist, “Playlist” is the latest in a long line of indie-poptastic tunes from Teens In trouble .
