We were beyond pleased when we discovered Challenger, and their beyond amazing debut album “The Aluminum Hand”

Challenger (vocalist,Andrew Price and multi-instrumentalist and producer Steve Payne) have created a unique and original sound that artfully draws from 90’s alternative and emo.

Challenger, teamed up with co-producer , Fred Mascherino ( Taking Back Sunday/Say Anything) on The Aluminum Hand”, and the results are freaking amazing.

From the moment we heard the opening track “Hoodie Kid” we knew good things were about hit our ears . “Hoodie Kid“ is a melodic feat with “stop the world “ perfect vocals . We absolutely love this track.

We then floated into the mesmerizing “406” , Challenger, is a band that delivers well written and well thought out musical compositions that stay with you long after the song ends . “Sitting, Waiting and “Feels” are absolute smash hits ( We hit repeat many , many times with these two tracks) .

The title track “The Aluminum Hand” is a stunningly breathtaking track that literally took our breath away , Challenger is definitely firing on all cylinders on this track .

We can’t think of a better way to spend 30 minutes than to listen to “The Aluminum Hand” from Challenger.
