Written during her senior year of high school, “Bittersweet” captures the emotional push and pull of growing up, letting go, and stepping into the unknown. Blending dreamy production with raw vulnerability, the track introduces Sophia’s ability to turn deeply personal moments into cinematic, relatable storytelling. Produced by Rome Ramirez — who co-wrote Dirty Heads’ first #1 song and is currently co-producing the band’s forthcoming album — “Bittersweet” came together during the same creative period that Rome and the Dirty Heads camp were building the band’s next era. For Sophia, the collaboration feels especially full circle. Having grown up surrounded by music, she spent her childhood watching her father, Dirty Heads frontman Duddy B, build his career alongside longtime collaborators like Rome.
